- These terms and conditions govern the use of our website hosting services provided by Host Savvy, which is a branch of Lebro Solutions (Pty) Ltd registered in South Africa.

- By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description
- We provide website hosting services, including domain registration and related technical support.

Account Registration
- In order to use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payment Terms
- Payment for our services is due upon signup or renewal. We accept payment via Credit or Debit Card. We do allow EFT payments by request. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Our SLA outlines our commitments regarding service availability, support response times, and compensation for downtime.

Usage Policy
- You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
  - Spamming
  - Illegal file sharing
  - Distribution of malware
  - Any activity that may cause harm to our servers or other users

Data Protection
- We take the protection of your data seriously. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellation/Termination
- All monthly hosting is on a month to month basis. 30 days notice of cancellation is required.
- Manual (EFT) accounts are paid in advance and thus the term paid for is the contract term that applies.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration.
